Lead Developer

You will be a team leader who will take responsibility for the delivery of software solutions. You will have a high level of either technology or industry vertical knowledge (telco, financial services etc). Within this role you will be expected to mentor junior team members.
An understanding of the business issues of the Data Quality market and the emerging CDI market will be of benefit to all candidates. It will be advantageous if the candidate is familiar or has knowledge of any of the following products WebSphere Customer Hub (Formerly DWL Customer Hub), Siperian, Trillium, Simalrity Systems and Human Inference.
Required skills include: Certified Associate Java Standard; Developer Standard in two or more WebSphere, Weblogic, SunOne, Oracle, AS, JBoss application servers, knowledge of EJB and JMS; Certified Professional standard within any one of the following Database environments, Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server; Ability to model for documentation in UML/ERD and in one of Erwin/Rational/Oracle Designer /Poseidon
Candidates must have a committment to the consulting lifestyle including flexibility for UK wide travel during the working week as well as the ability to work closely with customers on premise.
