Solutions Architect

Responsibilities in this role will involve you to scope projects and deliverables across multiple technical disciplines and you should be able to recommend solutions, and undertake technical project coordination.

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge and experience of multiple current/relevant areas of technology and their business application
• High level of vendor product awareness, across multiple vendors
• Experience of analysing customer requirements, scoping project deliverables & recommending “best of breed” technologies, including products, vendors and architecture across multiple technical disciplines
• To have worked on consultancy assignments within a wide variety organisations and with a wide range of technologies, in depth knowledge of more than one market sector.
• Proven ability producing documentation for a business and technical audience.
• Ability to develop business cases involving complex ROI/TCO/Business benefit analysis
• Good problem determination and analysis skills, lateral and creative thinking
• Must be credible in communicating business issues and risks plus appropriate solutions at a technical, operational & commercial level
• Ability to present to a large audiences
• Ability to produce conceptual designs for multi technology solutions, as well as detailed technical architectures
• Experience of complex projects and roll-outs
• Ability to position Evaxyx at both a corporate level, and with detail on the offerings and capabilities of company.

Technical Skills:

• Good technical knowledge of all aspects of project lifecycle including development, deployment and management of applications and infrastructure. Detailed understanding of all current technical architectures i.e. client-server, multi-tier, web-based, etc.
• Broad knowledge base across all technical streams with expertise in 2 or 3 streams in their career.
